"We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. "Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

"This company did a great job for me removing my skunk problem. The owner, Jeremy, set up traps near my open crawl space and taught me how to use them. He always took my calls and answered my questions, including how to let an opossum out of one of the traps on the second day. After four days and no skunks he came back out to check under the house, remove the traps and seal up the crawl space. The smell had increased overnight and he confirmed my suspicions that a skunk had died. He crawled under the house, bagged it, sprayed the area with an odor control solution that I provided and tightly sealed up my crawl space. He even insisted on putting the cardboard shield for the traps in the recycle bin himself. I highly recommend Animal Capture Wildlife."

"CalledCritter Busters/ Dave, he was out here on very short notice that morning, it was an emergency situation, a squirrel had fallen down our stove vent and there was no way out but through our kitchen and no way we could get him out on our own, that just had bad idea written all over it. We wanted the lil guy caught as safe for all as possible and released out back where the whole family lived not hauled off somewhere. The lil guy was so not happy and stressing trapped there so getting him out fast was important to us. When I spoke to Dave he said he could get here soon and would call when he was on his way, and that he did. He showed up ready to put covers over his shoes so not to dirty our carpets! Although not necessary, the thoughtfulness was appreciated. It took about an hour and Dave probably went through plan A, B, C, D and E, the squirrel just kept making it more difficult for Dave by going back up into the hood, each time we thought he had him, but finally Dave cornered him, scooped him up and out back he went. Dave was gentle, prompt, informative and thoughtful. Very professional and the charge was amazing compared to all the estimates we had been getting prior to finding Dave, infact we didnt even ask what it was going to cost we just had Dave come out. We cant say enough about how pleased in every aspect we were. We'll call Critter Busters again if the need arises and MOST CERTAINLY recommend Critter Busters to all! <br />"

Obviously this was something we wanted to resolve sooner than later, but we had a lot of difficulty locating a pest control company that services our area of OC, deals with rodents, and had appointments available in the near future. Stanley Pest Control of Anaheim was able to come out quickly to do an estimate. We wound up hiring them and are pleased with their work. Marco was the technician who serviced us. He was extremely punctual (on time for every appointment), professional, and courteous. The rodent issue was resolved. Hopefully we won't be needing this type of service again anytime in the near future, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again!"

They are really conscientious. They are very responsive. I can talk to them and they will answer all my questions. They come out and explain what they are going to do. They always do what they say they are going to, and I don’t even have to be there as long as the gates are open so that they can get in my yard."
