"Excellent . The Estimator showed up 2 minutes before the appointed time & after a quick 20-minute survey of the exterior of the house, was able to give me a written estimate. The rest of the job was conducted in similar fashion. The installation crew showed up on time, were competant & courteous & completed job on time. When completed, I was asked to walk the job to make sure the cleanup was acceptable. Not enough "cold" time has gone by for me to comment on the reduction in heating costs but as for the work, this outfit gets my unqualified recommendation."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. After the job I went to look at the results and it was exactly how he explained it! They use measuring templates you can see the actual depth of the insulation in all parts of the attic which was awesome. The vent out the exterior wall was so perfect I couldn?t even find it unless I really looked.
