"Ali's, (the owner) men showed up when they said they would. This was my daughter's condo. I got there a half hour before the men came. I found that my daughter didn't take the cover off the compressor. I called Ali to tell him what I found. He said his men were 5 minutes away and let them look at it. If that is all it is he would wave the service charge. After checking out the unit thoroughly they determined that the cover was the problem. The air was blowing cold. As Ali promised there was no service charge. It is refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. Not only will I call him for my daughter's unit but he gained a customer in me. His reviews are outstanding and now I know why."

"Great! During this COVID-19 pandemic, I felt respected and safe during this annual A/C inspection. I was able to arrange with the tech assistant for him to work totally OUTSIDE of my house. He worked on the compressors outside, while I turned on the AC units inside, following his instructions and communicating with him by mobile phone. Also, I cleaned/vacuumed all filters inside by myself, and showed him through a (closed) window in my house how clean they were! He approved them and said I'd done a great job. We did a great job together, and I can't thank Chris enough for his professionalism and safety measures. He even word gloves and mask outside. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."
