"I contacted Dave Hernandez about providing an estimate on fixing a leak in my attic due to a bad roof ridge vent. - He was out the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of the problem and life expectancy of my roof. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.) - His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and showed fair pricing. - Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so. - He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great. - There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess. - I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. "New walls were built using paneling that matched existing paneling.  I had asked for a 3-foot-high box with removable or hinged lid to be built around the sump pump to keep the cat from playing with it; Jamie recommend a closet instead of a box, which was acceptable to me, and will prove to be a better choice when I have the sump pump discharge rerouted away from sanitary sewer.
Sump pump failed overnight during construction.  I had not moved in yet, so I was glad that the workers altered me.  With my authorization they had a new sump pump installed, removed the soaked carpet, and ran dehumidifiers to dry out the basement.
One door was installed opening opposite my request, but this was too minor a detail to ask for a correction.
New doors and trim were stained and varnished, and all messes were cleaned up completely.  Very happy with the work.  Solar tube (skylight) in bathroom is wonderful!"
