"This company is one of the best companies I’ve worked with. They came, gave me an estimates and scheduled my install for a few days after. They took care of everything: material delivery, install and sanding. One of the bonus is that since they have a very good relationship with most of the suppliers I was able to save a lot of money on the materials. My wife choose to do stain, so they were patient while she looked through about 15 different shades of stain. "It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."
