"I highly recommend this company for any grout work. Elliot was very professional at setting the project up. Mike (the tech) did a great job bringing tiles back to life."

"These men did great work! Came out to do the estimate, told me I didn't need full deck replacement, and charged what they quoted. (That last part is a big deal.) I recommend them highly!"

"My experience with Dependable Drywall and Tile was very good. They keep me abreast of what and why things were being done. They did a great job. They were just like what the name says. DEPENDABLE!!"

"I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it.
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

"James is a very capable construction person and helped me with several projects the main being tiling the bathroom shower and bathroom floor. He does outstanding work and a very pleasant young man."

"I had an emergency with a broken/frozen water pipe.  Bruce responded quickly and repaired it in no time.  This involved crawling under a house in icy and wet conditions.  I am so glad to have someone  dependable and fair to call on.
