"I reached out to Mark to repair an interior door frame. He was very responsive, asked really good questions to understand what needed to be done, determined he did not need to replace the entire door frame, and he gave me a fair estimate. He was able to come to my home within the week. He completed the job, charged the estimate, and cleaned up so we never could tell he was here. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"The job was done exactly as we requested.  Although, we had to pay $50.00 for removal of five (5)  2x4's and three (3) smaller pieces of  2 x 4's;  which, seemed a little high.  He cleaned up ( upon completion).  He was very friendly.  Overall, we were very well satisfied with his work.

"-- MHI Painting did a great job with my project from estimate to completion. Mike was willing to explain what he wanted to do and why he wanted to do it. I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. The workspaces painted included tray and coved ceilings. -- Billy’s team did an excellent job of painting and clean-up and showed respect for my property. -- This is the second time I have used MHI and they have now done both exterior and interior work for me. "This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."
