"Jose T was supposed to install a toilet but when he removed the old one he found some major issues. The flange had tilted due to water damage! He walked me through the work, step by step and performed the repair beautifully (not a word I associate with plumbing). It was a difficult job taking several hours. Unlike most plumbers I've worked with in the past, he didn't try to overcharge or sell me on a whole house respipe. He's a lovely person who took our financial difficulties into consideration when we settled on a price. Excellent service. I will hire him for any future work."

"Plumber said it's a good idea to clear plumbing lines every 10 years or so depending upon how much grease, oil, etc each household uses.  I thought that sounded like a good idea to power clean my lines.  I assumed it was included in the price but they charged an additional $400.  I didn't think it was fair since my lines had no problems and looked great.  I was not expecting this additional cost. At the time I couldn't fine their advertisement with all the services included until later. I did not have time (my fault) to do research as to how much these services cost.  They said since they were here anyway why not get the service done now rather than schedule additional service call.

"Bought voucher and received message in Angie's List inbox from vendor. Called vendor, but they were busy, they called me back later. They were not very polite on the phone, as if I was bothering them. They wanted to know my spouse's name, which I thought was unusual so I asked why they needed this, and their response was rude. They asked about what drywall needed repair, and I described the work, and their response was accusational about me causing the damage, versus just giving me quote or talking about the repair. They were not available in the time frame I needed the work to be done. We did schedule an appointment just to look at the house (not perform the work) for 12/12, which is too late, which I will call them and cancel tomorrow. Overall, it was not a good experience with this vendor."
