"Decks of Distinction (Matt and Isaac) did a great job building a covered deck for us. I had several quotes, but their approach, commitment and follow up in the process lead to finalizing a contract. With the build, the process was seamless with quick responses. Matt and Isaac worked with the city to get the approved permit and scheduling all inspections. I was impressed with the great follow up during the build. Their staff was professional (Josh and Arthur), worked clean and were diligent in addressing any questions I had. "Original bid was $850. Somehow it ended up costing $1200. I'd rather know the price up front than be lied to. Every trip he made to the house there was a new issue that increased price. I have since spoken to a couple of installers who assured me that the items he charged me extra for should have been included at no charge and he should have known to look for them when he did the original bid. Like how thick was the existing door and the replacement door? Charging extra to replace trim that you removed? I wouldn't use him again. Which is sad. I would have paid the higher price if that's what he had quoted to begin with, but to nickel and dime at every turn seems shady and I don't want to business with that kind of businessman. The house was under contract and he knew that I had to get the job done, which he gladly took advantage of, running up the price. Don't take advantage of people. It isn't nice. Like I said, I needed the job completed, the issue wasn't the price, I would have paid the $1200, the issue was the way that the man does business. If this is the way that Wayne treated me, I shudder to think of how he would take advantage of someone else who would be easy to take advantage of, say and elderly person or someone else who was rushed. It's better to be up front and honest. The job took longer than anticipated but not excessively. I've noticed that any home improvement job seems to take longer than scheduled."

"The Adirondack chairs that Blue Timber built for us have been fantastic. We've had them in our backyard, in the sun and weather, for 3 years now and they are still holding up strong. It is very nice having a solid place for my wife and I to relax and reflect on the day."

"It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

"They finished the basement in time and the overall quality was pretty good. <br /> <br />The main contractor, Brent, did a good job of keeping me informed of what was going on and what was coming up next. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A pet peeve of mine is when contractors don't respond to phone calls, messages, emails, etc. Brent was much better than most at this and I really appreciated it. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The only reason I didn't give them an "A" in responsiveness and punctuality is because I had a phone line downstairs that didn't get hooked up after they were done. It took several weeks to get someone here to fix it. However, this was right after the floods so maybe it was difficult getting an electrician. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Overall I'm happy with them and would use them again. <br />"

"Really well; they fixed a problem install done by another installer. They not only repaired the shutters, but they also cleaned them up and re-installed so they work smoothly and perfectly now. Paul was very knowledgeable about the shutters. Commerce City is at least an hour away from our house, so he had me send him photos of the problem. Based on the photos and a phone call describing the problems, he was able to give me an estimate and diagnose the problem. Then we set up an appointment to have the shutters removed and brought back to the shop for repair. The shutters were in the shop for a few weeks, since they had to wait on new parts (Bill even called me to let me know they were waiting on parts). The re-installation was quick; we did not have an appointment for re-installation (which was a little odd), but the crew (Bill & Ryan) called me on a Saturday because they were in the area and had the shutters on the truck. Since we were already home, I said "Come on over!", and they had the shutters up and working in maybe an hour. Really great experience with Enviro Shutters; everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if we have any problems, and would recommend them to anyone with exterior shutters."
