Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Nutley, NJ

"Matt and Dino are professional, responsible, and punctual. They finished a major renovation of my house right on time. I was out of state during much of the work, but never felt out of touch, talking with Matt virtually every day, including via video. The work quality is excellent, and the un-renovated parts of the house were protected during the whole project. Matt and Dino are both relaxed, low-stress, and very easy to work with. I would happily work with the Prestige team on any future projects (and already plan to)."

"He took extra care to keep my home clean while working on several indoor repairs. He mounted my family room tv, reversed the laundry room door, and installed ceiling lights. I look forward to working with him on the remaining items I need repaired."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

"Alex and his helper installed cameras and a medicine cabinet in my bathroom they did a good job"

"We have had Cesar for many projects over the last 10 years. Bathrooms, bedrooms , roof, deck, shingle replacement, interior and exterior painting. I wouldn't use anyone else for my major and minor home repair."

"We recently completed a major multi room renovation which included a new kitchen and den renovation requiring an expansion of our foundation along with removal of exterior and interior walls. Additionally the reno included a new back deck and front portico. We could not be happier with John and the job that he did. What impressed us most with John was his reliability. Over the course of this 4+ month project, John was at our house first thing each and every weekday morning, and had his team there as well. They were professional, courteous and kept the house clean and functional enough that our whole family was able to live in the house while the renovations were taking place. John initially quoted us that the project would take 4 months and they remarkably stuck to that schedule. The end result has been everything that we wanted. The pictures speak for themselves, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail they put into the project were exceptional. John was forthcoming with suggestions or advice, and very transparent when any changes or surprises popped up. He was truly a partner in the effort and we would strongly recommend him for any projects that you may have. Sincerely, Ann & Steve Marcus"

"They are not local to my area. Please, hire local. And this is for Angi: Try not to recommend contractors who are a significant distance away, in this case around 80 miles (and 2 states) away. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."

"They did a good job. They were professional and they were able to get the work done. We were happy with the renovation of my bathroom. The workers damage my hallway floor, however, they were able to fixed it. I would recommend them to others."

"James and his team did a good job on renovating our whole house. Before choosing James, we compared a few companies. We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget. I would recommend them to my friends who are in need of a contractor. Oh, BTW, I like the music turned on when they were doing the work. A few cool guys to work with, and they made the stressful renovation project a little more enjoyable."

"Used Atlantic 1 Construction LLC multiple times for multiple different projects. They always go above and beyond. Would highly recommend for all projects"
