"Called for repair my Genie's garage door opener that could not close. They came by quick and determined that circuit board was gone bad and need to be replaced by a new opener. A new LiftMaster opener is replaced very quick and clean. All functions on the new system are better except only came with one remote control. I wish I could be told beforehand for anything less convenient (or has to pay extra to get back) comparing with old one. Anyway, they are a very trustful good company: Professional and providing a very quick and skillful service!"

Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

"The experience with Sal from Saugus door was exceptional. He arrived on time and in a truck that clearly was marked Saugus Overhead Door. He explained what washing to replace. The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. "Amazing response time! After putting in a request for garage door service and repair, I was contacted by KSE Garage Doors. Mr. Casey did a survey of what I said needed repairing and replacing (we have three garage doors with openers), and actually talked me out of replacing one of the openers because it was newer and working fine. He adjusted all of the doors and installed two new garage door openers, again suggesting a cost-saving method. Overall, he adjusted two garage doors, replaced a roller I didn't even notice was missing, and installed two new garage door openers, as well as greased and tuned up all the doors and remaining opener as part of the service. I put in the request around 2 p.m., he contacted me soon after, came over within an hour, and the job was done by 7 p.m. Honest guy. Prompt. Thorough. Highly recommend."
