They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "He was about 20 minutes late-did not call.  Removed old ice maker and decided whole thing needed replacing since we have had it repaired 3 times previously by another company.  He had a new ice maker on the truck so he was able to replace it right then.  The dishwasher was another issue.  He said it needed a new mother board - he called his supplier who said they no longer make them. So he packed up his tools and told us to go shopping for a new dishwasher - that didn't sit well with me since it is only 7 years old and still worked very well until now.  The next day, I googled the model number of our dishwasher and there it was - a new mother board with a video of how to replace it...I ordered it and replaced it myself - the dishwasher now works like new."
