"I put out a request late Friday afternoon and Steven from home and garden hoes called me back quickly. He came by the house and looked at a broken dryer for me. We could not reproduce the error messages that the tenants were getting with the dryer. Steven refused payment for the service call. Later I sent him messages about the errors the tenants were getting, and he was prompt to respond with suggestions. I would recommend anyone having issues with their appliances to reach out to Steven."

"He was very knowledgeable and we did not know what was wrong with the washer. He came promptly and diagnosed it. He repaired it after informing us what the issue was and then tested the washer to make sure it was repaired. It has been working and is great. A previous repairman gave us a diagnosis over the phone that it was the motherboard and said it would be the $250 part and another $80-$100 for the repair...and then did not show for the appointment. Our bill with N & J APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC was $60.00!! He found that the drain was completely clogged and it was triggering error codes, so we needed no parts and he only charged for his time....and a very fair charge as well!! This kind of honesty and service I thought was a thing of the past and we could not recommend them more!!"

They passed inspection the first time.  The inspector only asked that I have them come back and add some additional sealant over the screws in the bottom of the windows.  The inspector passed them without them doing that.  He just said he suggested it to make it perfect.  D&D came out the next day and did what he had asked.
