Marc also suggested refinishing my faux brick kitchen backsplash with another color that complemented the countertops I was having refinished. The cost of the work was very reasonable. Marc's team performed their work while I was on vacation in Florida. When I arrived home, I was amazed at how great the kitchen looked. "It went well. Prompt in getting back to me and scheduling. the bathtub and shower look nice. the countertops look good but there is a ridge over where two of the countertop edges were a bit uneven and some irregularities on the finish, but it looks better than the original ones.

"My husband and I are big DIYers, but when it came to the exterior finish of our home, we just didn't have the time or expertise to do it correctly ourselves.
We spent a lot of time and energy working on the interior of the house, but we didn't really pay any attention to the exterior.  We started looking at the siding this fall and realized that it was in pretty bad shape. 
We have board & batten siding, very typical for our area, and we had 8 sheets that needed to be replaced and several more that needed some minor repair.  We also had rotted batten boards everywhere (not sure of the total count that was replaced).
I contacted Castle Rock to set up an appointment for an estimate and Jim called me right back and made an appointment for the next day.  Jim was very professional and experienced, and gave me a great quote on repainting the house.
The work went smoothly, and the crew that came out to complete the repairs and the painting were courteous and professional.  They cleaned up when the work was done and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!
I will certainly call them next time i need work done!!

"Our overall experience with GCS has been very good, the owner (Dennis) has done whatever it takes to make us happy with this project, We must give kudos to the tile setter Doug, he started early and stayed late, he even worked on Saturday and Sunday so that we could have our bathroom done ASAP, and the job Doug did was incredible, our shower and floors look so amazing. The only negative was some of the workers didn't quite understand the meaning of doing a job right the first time, and was more concern about going on to the next job, it was mostly little things, but they were still important to us, but Dennis came over and fixed or will have it fixed, so I'm not going to dwell on that. My wife and I are very please with the overall quality of our new bathroom and the work that GCS performed, in fact we've already hired GCS for our next project, to install new floors and do other repairs/upgrades around our home.
