"I can't say enough good things about Justin and Affinity Construction! Our project went from a wood frame RV carport 20x45 to an enclosed garage. Justin came out several times as we worked through the build plan. Affinity was covering all the bases from foundation to paint color. Justin is great to work with and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer gets what they want. Unfortunately, the city had easement issues on the build site and wouldn't allow a structure to be built. We had no other suitable location for the garage, so the project was scrapped. This is when I decided Affinity Construction would always have my business. Justin returned my deposit, and went further introducing me to other professionals he trusts to bid on the smaller side projects we were going to do while the garage was being built. "Steve Pfeifer and his son were always on time, very professional, and super easy to work with. If we had a change mid project or a question, they were always able to accommodate. The end result is beautiful and the cost was very fair and appropriate to the work. We originally wanted pre-built cabinets next to the fireplace, but after we saw them, we asked to have them returned and Steve built us custom oak cabinets instead. Couldn't be happier."

"Thom from foundation 1 was a miracle worker. We bought our house and Foundation 1 had done the pervious work on the foundation. After four other companies had failed. It was easy for my wife and I to switch over the warranty. We started to do remodeling and had a structural engineer told us what we need to do for the remodel. Foundation 1 needed to come in and change out some work they did. Plus the engineer said that the cracks on parts of the foundation that they hadn't done any work on just needed to be sealed. Thom dissected what the issue was and disagreed and said we needed support beams. Thom was 100% right. The garage floor was sinking and pushing the foundation wall in and leaking. He was extremely knowledgable and spent the time to explain what was really needing to be done. We are lucky that we had such a great company on our side.
