"Upon contacting Kevin at KAT, he didn't arrive for the first appointment in which he was supposed to provide an estimate. A little annoyed, we continued to pursue him as we liked his demeanor on the phone (he's an Irishman with a great brogue). He provided a very reasonable quote for the work we wanted done (redo the front concrete steps, install a fence and gate in the front yard). He began work early the next week. He arrived with a few helpers, all of whom were friendly and very entertaining. They absolutely did all of the work we asked them to do, and we are very happy with the results.
