"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

"JOB WELL DONE! Redstone Builders did an excellent job remodeling my outdated bathroom. Howard, representative and owner, directly supervised my project from start to finish. From overseeing daily progress, on time start, to finally touches to my bathroom! Always professional and on time(this is a sticking point for me. To be a professional in any field, means being on time and on schedule). He was also flexible when I requested a change in my project. It was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be hiring Redstone again!"

"Paul was fantastic to work with. Responsive, prompt and thorough. He answered questions directly and without delay and made good design suggestions along the way. I'd work with Paul and his team again without hesitation. Can't recommend them enough."

"Salvador and his team are great. His not only our contractor but also our advisor helping us visualize our new kicthen with renderings. We came up with 3 different designs and decided to move forward with the boldest option and removed the wall between our small kitchen and dining room. Sal's team helped us nail down the materials and cabinet selection. The contruction took a a bit longer than we thought and Sal's team has been up front with timeline and kept us up to date with progress and potential issues. After we removed the wall, we didn't install another beam and keep the ceiling flush. It really opens up the space and leaves us much more space for a large kitchen island. It's a dream kitchen for our family and we cook almost daily, so it's important space for our home. Sal's team executed the plan really well and paid attention to details. They kept the rest of the house generally clean and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The final product turns out excellent!"

"We hired this builder for an addition to our home and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire project. They paid close attention to the details and made sure the new space blended beautifully with our existing home. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished addition. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home addition or renovation."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"Our experience with AP Builder was great. Angelo was very knowledgeable and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. This was a big important project for our home and I am extremely happy with how it came out! The cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises, everything was open and honest. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you AP!"

"RC Brothers Construction remodeled entirely our kitchen and powder room, as well as installed new flooring in 5 rooms and completed a wide variety of smaller projects. They were responsive, responsible, and highly skilled in their work. Throughout the lengthy project, which was completed on time, Claudiu, Ruben, and Steffy provided us with invaluable advice and direction in addition to their exceptional work. All of them were always affable and attentive to our concerns. RC Brothers Construction has my very strongest and most enthusiastic recommendation. They are highly skilled and versatile, great people, and value the satisfaction of their customers."

"Gene, Lior, and their team were amazing! We had multiple contractors ghost us for structural work in our basement (replacement of wooden beam and posts with steel). The team did EVERYTHING for us - from the architectural drawings, to Chicago city permits, to the work. Their estimate was exactly what we paid, and their timeline was correct. The thing that stood out the most was their responsiveness. We asked a lot of questions and Lior and Gene always responded right away with clear answers to all of our questions. I have and will continue to recommend Chi Renovation and Design!"

"We worked with Linda at DESIGNfirst to scope out initial designs for multiple variations of a major multi-floor / multi-room remodel of our home. She was extremely helpful in proposing and developing design ideas and effective at working with her team to turn around our proposal variations in a timely fashion with high quality. We ultimately held off on our remodeling plans for reasons completely unrelated to the outstanding work Linda and DESIGNfirst provided. We hope to revisit our remodeling plans at the right time, and when we do, we know who we'll call!"
