Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. "Alfonzo arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Him and I looked at the work I wanted completed together. He gave me two options. A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."
