"Luis was professional, prompt, and constantly kept me in the loop about the status of the project, timelines etc. His crew was also professional and did a great job. I hired LM Coatings to paint the doors and trim in my house and to build walls/ceiling and hang drywall in my basement (along with lighting and electrical work). The paint looks beautiful, no drips or runs, and they even tackled difficult areas like around the stairs. The basement looks great and they really did a nice job with finishing the drywall because the walls primed and painted perfectly. I will definitely hire again."

"As far as the crawl space material they put down, it went great. It took them slightly longer than expected but they did a good job there. Con number one: the crew at my house tore several take-offs totally off of the vent. They made several attempts to repair it, but in the end, I was left to contact my HVAC contractor to repair the damage to avoid another over-expensive power bill. For the cost of the project, I was highly pissed that my brand new duct work was trashed, and no one from AFS let me know that they had torn up my take-offs. Con number two: I was told all of any trash found in my crawlspace, plumbing scraps, rocks etc. would be removed. I found a lot of stuff stashed on top of pillars and things like that. Overall, I would have paid no more than 1/3rd down and held the last payment until I was able to inspect the work done thoroughly. At the end of the day, I feel confident in the job they did on my crawl space, and I certainly have much less moisture under my house now. I would be slightly apprehensive to recommend this company unless you are comfortable going into your crawlspace and inspecting for any damage before paying them."

"I had wanted a lower deck and fenced area for my dog, we worked on ideas and feasibility and costs. I had a large deck and fenced area with black mesh and 48 inches tall on the fence and I added a gate."

"Mark and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the roofing materials on a somewhat unique and complicated roof and they did it for a very competitive price. The roof has multiple slopes and a flat section at the crest requiring roofing material other than shingles. I had done my research before having Mark come out and give me an estimate, and knew I wanted architectural shingles on the sloped sections and EPDM (rubber) roofing on the flat section. The tear-off, reinstallation, and cleanup went very smoothly. From beginning to end it only took the crew 5 hours. They cleaned up so well, I didn't even find any nails in the driveway. Mark provided oversight and critical input during the installation. We've had several really bad storms with wind and hail since the new roof was installed and NO LEAKS!!! What a great job. I will definitely use CRC again for roofing and any of my remodeling needs."

Courteous, knowledge, and if he can’t do what you need he’ll refer you to someone that can that is trustworthy and will get the job done right. 5 star company in my humble opinion."

"Jess came over the day I called him and went to work immediately to caulk the flashing and temporarily reattach the rain gutter until he could come back and replace some rotten fascia and attach the gutter. We had some very heavy rain forecast and his temporary fix prevented more damage. He managed to come back a few days later, after the rain, and completed the job. He also cleaned the gutters."

"Corey showed up on time to do an estimate on the building and pantry. The crew showed up on time daily, as scheduled, to provide services as contracted, and hauled off all the old vinyl and doors. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of his employees."
