I contracted ZK Stone Restoration to re-grout, caulk and seal my stone tile floor in the main bathroom. In the process, he had to correct a very substandard job done by a previous worker. Z came on time and fully equipped with the tools of the trade. He was extremely polite and professional. He also explained again exactly how he would proceed with the project. The work area was kept neat and clean at all times. Z would pause on occasion to show me the progress of the work to be sure I was satisfied each step of the way. "They are a professional honest and very hard working. They cleans my stair runners that were ruined from a a previous carpet cleaner. They weee burnt. W yellow green color. But Ryan was able to fix and now they have the soft gray color they were before. I had 2 different companies try to fix stair runners, but just made it worse. They cleaned and scotch guard my t1st floor tile floors. I forgot how pretty they are and the grout is beautiful. Same with my master bath marble. The rugs look brand new and they are just a tad wet. . I will never use anyone else again. Also the price for the work they do is amazing."
