"Covid struck crew between prep and concrete pour. Communications stopped and I was left wondering if project was ever going to be completed. I had to continuously solicit information from Travis. Contractors job is to keep customer informed."

"Precision Construction made building our first custom home enjoyable and exciting. Their service exemplified quality home-building and honest, reliable communication throughout the entire process. Our home is impeccable. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone needing remodeling or new construction."

"We were left in quite the pickle when our contractor left his work half done and couldn't be contacted. Our home was terribly effected by the tornado in December, and we've been in the trenches ever since. "You can get out of the trenches now and we'll get in there for you" is a direct quote from them. They have not disappointed. Since Steve, Jerold, and Elizabeth have came into our lives, we've been able to breath much easier. From bringing us a gift basket of movies, DVD player, candy, and popcorn... to answering every silly question we have. No messages or calls go unanswered. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anything you need."

"I live in Ohio and thru Angi searched for a contractor to replace a window in a modular home in Tennessee. My sister lives in the home. The contractor Fendernation contacted me. He contacted me and said he could do the job. I paid him 500.00 thru Zelle . The money was sent to Teresa Hall 352-461-7544. He said she was working with him. I drove to Tennessee and was there when he come to the house. I told him I not only wanted the one broken window replaced but both windows (which are side by side) so it looked the same. Also I asked if he could replace the front door and he said he could. At this point I wrote him a check for 300.00. (Balance due on Invoice 466683. He took out the broken window and went to get the doors (entry and storm door). He then said he couldn’t get the window and could close up the hole or get a different size window in. I did not want that. The doors he bought were standard size and opened the wrong way. He said he thought he picked up the wrong order at Lowe’s and would exchange. Then he told me he could order the door but it would be 3 weeks. Then he said that size was not available. He again said he could make to standard door fit, I did not want that. I searched around and found a Rv and Mobile home dealership that had the correct windows and door and decided to go with them. At this point I told him I was going with the other company and would like a refund. He understood and said he would start the refund process. The invoice showed the cost of the doors as 178.00 and 414.00 totaling 592.00. He advised that taking out the window would be 120.00. 592.00 less 120.00. I would like a refund or 472.00. I’ve paid him 800.00. I believe asking for 472.00 is more than fair. He will have made a total of 328.00 and didn’t complete the job."

"Tyler and his guys were great working in my home. They were very respectful and did a great job. Quality of workmanship was very great. He had an eye for detail. Made sure everything was cleaned up everyday. I will definitely be hiring them again and highly recommend them."

"

I had tile flooring installed last year in my kitchen and noticed how the grout was cracking throughout the kitchen. I called South Gate Home Improvements for an estimate to replace the tile. With a very reasonable estimate I had them to install the new tile.

Prior to him installing my new tile he showed me how the previous contractor did not screw down the backer board but used roofing nails instead which was the reason for my grout cracking. He spent the time correcting the deficiency and installed the new tile. The design I chose called for some precise cuts with the tile. Mr. Perabeau took his time and now I have beautiful solid tile flooring. I highly recommend him for all your remodeling needs."
