"I contacted All Systems Electric Inc. to tap a new 220v hot tub power-box and hot tub installation and they got back to me super fast with a great quote. I told them I was having a concrete slab poured and they made sure to come out before it was placed to lay wire so the power could come up right under the hot tub. It works perfectly and looks great, no line running over the pad. Super satisfied with their work. Timely responses, fair quotes, clean-good looking work. I have them saved in my phone as "My Electrician" now. Will use them again when I need electrical work done."

"Smart Electric was a real life saver for me! My electricity went out late last Tuesday. I called a large company in the area and was told the entire panel needed to be replaced and it would cost $7500 (before tax!). I called Smart Electric for a 2nd opinion and I am so glad I did! Joseph called me back right away and did some troubleshooting over the phone and asked me to send him some pictures. Right away he could see that the main breaker just needed to be replaced. He got it ordered and they had it the next day. Jason came out after hours on Thursday to swap it out so I would not be without power another night. Instead of paying $7500 for a new panel that I didn't need, they got my power restored for under $600! The office staff was wonderful, as well. Very honest and professional company and I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if anything else comes up."

The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. "Impressed with the level of detail for the finish work and the creative solutions for bringing up previous shoddy DIY work to code. Was able to perform a wide variety of tasks, including: hanging ceiling drywall, rewiring electric, bolstering ceiling supports, and LOTS more. Everything turned out great for the extensive remodel of 1000+ square footage of rooms and freshened up our space while ensuring stability and safety. "Hired West Mechanical to install a bathroom exhaust fan and light fixtures. Exhaust fan was left with duct disconnected and wiring exposed. Called Customer Service multiple times over 3-week period to get an estimate to reconnect the duct and address the wiring, still unresolved with open permit. UPDATE: I received a call from one of the company owners when he was made aware of the issue. He apologized for what I experienced and said it was very atypical for the company. He arranged to have an electrician complete the work the next day. The work included installation of a new duct transition that was not in the original scope, which was done at no charge. West Mechanical also sent a Supervisor the day after the work was completed to verify that the work was done to my satisfaction. Although I was unsatisfied earlier, I recognize that not every job will go as planned and I have been very impressed by how West Mechanical has responded. I would not hesitate to use them in the future."
