Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Oak Lawn, IL

"I had a tankless water heater installed. I gave 4-1/2 stars for overall rating because the worker who came was the lone installer and had no one to help. I could not use water for almost sever hours an inconvenience since job was estimated to be "about 4 hours". I think he took a deserved lunch break for about an hour. He was on time and was courteous and pleasant. Would have been nice if he had a helper."

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"They were very responsive and able to replace my water heater quickly. I was given several options for the replacement. Lenny was excellent"

"Everything went a smooth as possible! No problems were found on either my A/C unit or hot water heater."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"They gave me several choices for the water heater where other companies only carried one or at least did not offer others. I also appreciated the fact that they gave me a quote over the phone. They were knowledgeable about their craft and expedited the installation once I had made a decision. I also liked that I could buy the toilet myself and they quoted just the installation so I did not have to pay the mark up for the hardscape. I am changing all of my plumbing needs to this company."

"Dan was awesome. Very friendly and courteous. Was very quick installing new water heater and did a great job! Very happy we went with this company."

"CMM installed a garage heater for me. Chuck came out and did a free estimate which I received the next day. The price was good ($800 cheaper than other estimate) and included gas and electrical hook up and venting. Jeff came and installed unit. Everything went smooth and he left everything neat and clean. Very happy and would recommend to others."

"They came and they installed everything in one day. I just stayed out their way. That was all. Yes, I have an older house which has baseboard heat. They had to install the evaporator in the attic in the crawlspace of the house. They couldn't install it in an traditional way."
