"Juan and Aqua-Dry claimed they could do some basic hard wood floor repair. Juan brought over a worker, who was at our house for 9 hours. There were 3-4 loose floor boards, and 2 cracks. A bunch of tape was used to hold things in place, and we were told not to move the tape for a few days. Not only was the tape used to cover terrible work, but we noticed the floor boards were not flush, the nails in the baseboards were not patched, but also a few of the floor boards are loose. Generally, the floor is worse than it was prior to Aqua-Dry coming over. We also provided $200 worth of materials. After contacting Juan (the owner) he was unwilling to call me to discuss the full refund we wanted, but instead texted me about how once payment is sent that is "legally" us accepting that the job was done. He did offer a 50% refund, but that doesn't help us recover our materials, and have his awful work corrected by an actual professional. Do not use for floor repair. Terrible business owner."

"Two people came to clean and they performed maybe 25% of what they promised. I called them to come back to finish the job they claimed was done. Only one person showed up and with the wrong chemicals to clean and they were not able to clean the rest. They gave me excuses that some things can not be cleaned and nothing they can do about it. It was really waist of money. I gave them half of the agreed amount so they do not have to return to waist my time and money."
