We received 3 bids for our project and we're impressed with David and Kris from the start. We had some initial delays due to city permits, but Kris was great at setting expectations as this is our first home and first remodel project. As mentioned before, this was our first rodeo when it comes to a home construction project and Kris was patient with us throughout the whole process.
