"My experience really could not have been better. Tyler worked with me on the selection of an ideal hardwood flooring for my home. Additionally, we did a hand-woven wool carpet on the stairs, and they re-tiled my fireplace. The selection process was educational with zero pressure. Josh and Albert were my installers for the hardwood and tile. They were thorough in everything they did, and worked with me on the nuances of certain areas. They were punctual, communicative, and respectful. Any construction process in your home is going to be stressful, but they made it easy, and they were a pleasure to have around. He keep on making excuse each time. For the reason I have someone else fixe what he was paid for and keep giving excuses I am very disappointed."
