"I have a unique standing seam metal roof. My gutters were in poor shape because they were taking a beating from the way the snow slides off the roof. Several other gutter installation companies would not even consider working with me because of the roof. I was pleased when PGG expressed a willingness to look at the job. Austin O'Malley, the salesperson, was very responsive to all my questions, and we spent a lot time reviewing the current state and what could be done to minimize damage in the future. We decided to replace all gutters and relocate one downspout to provide better water flow. I even decided to go with gutter guards. I have been disappointed with such products in the past, but the allure of keeping all the seeds and leaves out of the gutters made me give it one more try. In addition to my unusual roof, I also waited really late in the season to get started on this job. PGG worked hard to get the job done despite unusually early snowfall that they had to work around. I will have to see the gutters in action for a while before I can be sure, but for now they seem to be good. I would hire PGG again."

"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"I appreciated the way Mike and Paul (Father and Son) communicated with us about the repairs we needed. They were straightforward and offered us different options and explained in detail what they could do (no BS). We were on a budget and they worked with us on cost. Gutters were seperating from the house because the pervious company that installed them did a poor job (only 6 yrs ago). They added flashing, larger brackets and longer nails. They also repaired two chimneys with tuck pointing and a chimney cap along with additional tuck pointing with some brick replacement and sealed some cracks in other areas of need. They came out on saturday for a free estimate and completed the job on Monday. We are very satisfied and plan to use them again for other repairs in the future.
