During the construction process, we asked many questions and they were always willing to take the time to answer and address them all. If we didn’t like the way something looked, or had an issue, they would listen and make the changes until we were satisfied. In addition to the awesome work and communication, they would always take the time to share some love with our dog. If we asked, they would even let her out for us when we would have a long day at work. We are very happy we chose US-Tech Builders to complete our renovation. We loved the guys and the work they did and we have received nothing but awesome feedback from those who have come to the house and saw it. Highly recommend!"

"I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."
