"Our original project was to finish up drywall work, painting and trim for two bathroom remodels. We decided to get quotes for inside doors along with it. Seeing that LM Coatings also does exterior painting and pressure washing, we decided to also get an outdoor quote for numerous pressure washing and painting of exterior doors and foundation. We were thinking of just doing the interior first and the exterior down the road, but decided to do all of it due to the fair price. Luis is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess all of our projects quickly and give a thorough detailed quote. He and his crew are very polite and hardworking; even working all weekend in some cases. Although this project is named interior home paint, it obviously included drywall work, pressure washing many different things (including a metal roof) and exterior painting as well. We were pleased with everything, but he makes certain that you are satisfied before leaving. We were very impressed with his work ethic and willingness to please us. We will hire him again for sure and refer him to others too. Excellent on all!"

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. "Eric Martin Remodeling, is a top notch craftsman. We live in Florida and purchased a rehab house in Tennessee as a Seasonal Home. The house needed work from top to bottom and everything in-between.
