I was so pleasantly surprised and happy when I found Carl's! Everyone was very professional, courteous and punctual, and the workmanship was impeccable. Craig was the project manage and very easy to work with. He understood my concerns about being without handrails on the newly installed masonry stairs for even one day and arranged to have his crew start their part the day after the stairs were completed. He even stopped by a couple of times while the mason was working to see how it was going. Once his crew got started, they worked very fast and efficiently and left my property spotless when they were done. I could have gone cheaper but I wouldn't have had the great experience or the beautiful front porch I got from Carl's."

"The owner Robert was very knowledgeable and resourceful in designing and building the large deck around my pool. Whenever I had a question or concern, he called back or texted me within minutes, even when he was busy, which is unheard of when dealing with contractors. His quote was very competitive. and even though the project took much longer than he anticipated because of the complexity , he did not charge me anymore than the contracted price. There were delays in finishing the project , mostly as a result of inclimate weather but the end product was exemplary . it was a challenge to redesign a deck around my pool with very uneven fence and unlevel ground.
