He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. "I was a little disappointed that the people that they sent out on an emergency basis for the $7000 project. We’re doing it for the first time. Had I known what I know now I would’ve demanded somebody come who had experience. Overall, they’ve done a good job and I’ve signed a service contract with them. One time in less than a year, they send somebody to service the continuous hot water heater and she falsely claimed I needed a condenser and charged me for it. I wish they would send people who knew what they were doing all the time. "
