"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Eugene repaired a broken door on a range that another appliance company had broken. He fixed it and the range works great. I recently called him for help w disconnecting the range gas line and moving it. He is professional, knowledgable and responsive."

"Good: experience technician knows the problems and solved. Cons: quote service totally different price as we spoke, from $85 for service repair I ended up paying $145. Not included paid for rotation lo replacement which they charged me $150. So total I paid $307 tax included. It?s a ripped off because I should have just a new machine that cost me $200-300extra money more. But still relevant."

"We had a poor experience with FixEm Appliance Repair ([*** Link removed ***] The technician arrived to check out the F01 error code on our Maytag stacked dryer. The quote sheet priced a service call at $90 for a standalone unit and $140 for a stacked one. The tech took a picture of the bar code and reported that the replacement part was no longer manufactured, which meant we had to get new unit. We decided to call Naqib Sadaat at Safest Appliance Repair (925.577.3676). For $200, he got the failed part to work, saying the fix might last weeks or years, and that he could find a replacement if needed (without charging more labor to install). We called the FixEm office to request they reduce the service call to $90 because their tech didn't do anything other than take a picture of the bar code. They refused."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I’d seen the rave reviews on Yelp for the company and their lead technician, Majeed, and decided to try him. I’m so glad I did. He managed to fit my job in between his others, responded by phone immediately, came the next day, and really knew his stuff. He replaced the dryer start switch very efficiently and showed me how he did it. Nice man, too."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
