"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"They were helpful. Apparently my computer was working very slowly and after they went through their diagnostics, I think it was a remote, I think it worked a little better but it didn't quite work as well as I was hoping. I'm not going to say it's their fault or something else is going on in the computer. I don't use that computer much anymore but I don't necessarily blame them or if there are some more issues with our computer. They did tell me that what they can do remotely is limited and they have to take it in somewhere to get more done. They were pretty upfront about that. The price was fair. They responded within that day. The end result didn't meet my needs."

"Ozzie come to service my 10 year old computer that had was very slow and would often freeze up. He is very polite and efficient. After checking the problems he informed m of how outdated it was and I chose to replace it with a new one. My husband was recovering from recent surgery so rather than doing the installation, etc. at our home we asked if he could take the old computer to his office to transfer the data and brought the new one the next day. He set it up in about 20 minutes with a new Monitor, keyboard and mouse. My husband and I were very pleased with his service and will definitely call him again if we need help."
