He also prepared and installed piping and fixtures for a bathroom remodel. Always showed up when he said he would and had a great crew. Cleaned up as well. Would highly recommend. "

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"I highly recommend the company (Costello's Plumbing) as well as the employee who helped us (Miguel). My wife spoke with Mr. Costello this morning, and booked an appointment for Miguel (one of his workers) to come over and look at the situation / prepare an estimate. He did so (arriving iwihin the appointment window), gave us a good quote, and indicated the two parts that needed replacement (the garbage disposal unit and the cold water dual shut-off valve. He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked. A job well done!"

This might be good Angi upgrade. I may have assumed talking to wrong company. MasterFlush met me halfway on the estimate. One control was broken and therefore complicated. The other was quick and textbook. I was satisfied with the job done, next day service, and price. "

I looked at a number of plumbers on Angi and selected Pinnacle Plumbing based on the reviews they received and because they were based locally. I contacted them and they quoted a price that I thought was fair based on the purchase of a well-known water-saving toilet and labor. Camilo and Luis arrived on time as promised and were very efficient in changing out the old toilet with a water-saving model. They explained the process as they worked. They tested the water pressure to make sure the toilet flushed well. I was very satisfied with their work. I also hired them to do a second job, to install a ball valve on a water line from the building into the backyard and to remove a galvanized pipe and replace it with copper. They quoted a fair price for their labor and materials (copper piping and the ball valve). They arrived early and finished within an hour and sent pictures of the work. I highly recommend them."
