Unlike other companies I had investigated, they refused to give me a price saying that they needed to assess the situation first. The others gave me a base price based on the number of windows times $20/window. But they indicated it could be more based on what they had to do, Clearly this seemed like a blind item one way or another so I selected Suncoast for the most illogical reason....they had the number 513 in their phone number....this has been a lucky number for me forever. Anyway, Alex and Diego came and they were very pleasant, gave me an assessment, to which I agreed, and did the work just in time before it started to pour. All and all, I'm glad to be able to face the rest of the hurricane season in Florida without having to worry about having my shutters taken care of. Incidentally , Holly in the office is also wonderful. Now that Helene won't come here, except for rain and wind, I'm much more relaxed."
