Joshua from Contra costa county stated they are a good team and they are a team and there's only one pro came and on the first day supposed to come and he was sick so we lost days of work. my husband used a whole vacation week and we lost days . They had multiple call offs and the person that was working . They would not stay whole day . There was days will he come at 9am and left 12nn and stated that how will needed to work other job site. and he wouldn't be at our work site a whole day and complain already multiple times to the project manager Justin rowe. We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project. "We received quotes from 3 different contractors. We chose GAXL because it's close to Newark and I like how Jose explains everything in detail. Originally we thought the remodeling would take 4 weeks but it took close 6 weeks. The whole project was great, the craftsmanship was superb. At one point, we found some tiles that are not very nice (from the manufacturer) and we asked them to redo the bathroom wall. They don't complain and understand our request. The workers are great, especially Marvin and this other guy (forgot his name). They WORK very very hard from 8a to 6p everyday. Jose is on time and is very prompt in returning calls or text. In fact he's the only contractor who's very prompt and I like that! On one of the walls they discovered a mold due to rain leaking and they're able to fix it in 4 days which is great. Jose and his son pickup the materials from the suppliers and drop them in our house. Overall, Jose and his men are courteous. I will definitely use GAXL for future remodeling."
