"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Greg and his crew sealed our crawlspace in the fall of 2012 (about $4,000 cost) and returned for an annual checkup of the work.  In addition, we recently  had some structural work done on the house that required minor repairs to the sealing materials on the crawlspace walls and floor.  The crew showed up on time and were efficient and courteous.  Best of all, no mold!  We highly recommend Crawl Space Doctor if you have a crawlspace mold problem.

"I hired this contractor to replace fascia boards and re-attach a gutter,re-set fence posts in concrete and re-,hang gates, as well as secure my dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, did a great job, and was a pleasure to do business with. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and will hire him again for other projects and\or repairs."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

"The supervisor, Nate, was professional, informative, efficient and reassuring. Kept the house clean and dry. Highly recommend this company. No up selling or scare or high pressure tactics. I love my dry basement!"
