"We called Simple Solutions at 2:30 PM, and Kenneth was here by 4:30 PM despite the adverse driving conditions of snow and ice on the roads. Our new hot water tank was installed by 6:00 PM. He was available when no one else was and he was fast and courteous with reasonable pricing. Thanks to Kenneth we will have hot showers through the 2014 snowstorm and beyond. We will definitely use his company again. Thanks Simple Solutions!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
