"The tech showed up on time, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say I was on a 1 to 10 with his work a 20. He explained the complete process from beginning to end. And follow the process just as he explained. To my surprise I expected a good job well I was wrong, it was an awesome fantastic job if I did not know better and I was not here I would literally think all the tile was replaced all the tile as well as the bathtub and all of the other areas that he Resurfaced. When I walked into the room and it was done I cannot put into words what I said when I saw it. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of Resurfacing. "When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.

"We met with several contractors before choosing Creative Bath & Kitchen.  We needed someone with a vision to change the layout of our kitchen.  Eric came  up with by far the best option.  He has a great vision, and was extremely creative in the design he came up with, as well as helping us choose all of our kitchen cabinets, counters, tile, paint, fixtures.  The kitchen turned out exactly how we expected, and we are very detail-oriented people.  The process did take longer than expected, HOWEVER, I have worked with so many contractors for residential and commercial jobs, and the process always takes longer than expected.  I certainly would not hold that against them.  We are truly happy with our creative and beautiful kitchen, and give all of the credit to Eric for having the vision for the major layout change.  Thanks Les & Eric!

"We worked with multiple vendors to find Kitchen cabinetry and Granite. And price/quality was not good. Our contractor recommended BKG Design, and the entire kitchen project went extremely smooth. Value for money was the best, and one of their staff Terra Brubaker helped us with this transition from old kitchen to new. Attention to detail from Terra was the best. I would definitely go to BKG Designs for more projects, and for my friends & family. I was surprised to find that the Granite was cheaper at BKG Designs than few other vendors."

"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!
