We had one mixup on the design of the deck board layout. Wally and I spoke, the issue was resolved with no problems or issues. Wally did the extra work this required with no additional charge. They tore down my existing deck, redoing all the framing, and installing a new trex composite deck / railing. Additionally, they updated all the electrical running under the deck / outside (to code), replaced a downspout that was running underground that had collapsed, and also installed a new block window under the deck. Couldn’t be happier. The work was impeccable and the deck looks amazing."

Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. He sold us on an experienced crew and then hired a sub contractor that he had no prior experience working with. For four weeks he sent one guy with no help and no oversight. Along the way there were a few large mistakes and numerous small mistakes. We spent thousands on cabinets, appliances and other materials that ended up dented and scratched. He left trash and scrap outside, broken glass in the yard, and trashed our deck. There was no electrical rough in inspection and the plumbing failed the first inspection. Overall Total Home Solution did the bare minimum and it shows in the finished product."

"I had a tree fall on my house back in June 2020 which caused major damage to the back of my home. I called several contractor's but I wasn't pleased with their assessment. I then came across Legacy Construction and they were great from the start. I spoke to Mrs. Diane on the phone and she was great, she gathered a lot of information from me and told me that I was in good hands and informed me that Gary the project manager will be contacting me shortly. After speaking to Gary he explained to me the first thing that needed to be done is the property needed to be tarped asap because the home is being exposed to water which is causing further damage and causing mold to building up because water has been coming into the property for almost two months. Gary informed me step by step room by room what damages the tree caused and how he was going to fix the water damages and the damages done to the frame of the home. After speaking to Gary I was sold and stopped looking for a contractor to fix my house. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction to anybody that needs work done to their home. Their customer service and workmanship is great I would highly recommend."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"We hired Jm Drafting&Contracting for an addition and remodel of our home. Specifically we closed in our old porch and converted it to a living room and added a master bedroom with a bathroom on the upper level. They also remodeled our kitchen and dining room. In addition to that they replaced all the flooring through out the house and the roof. The project took about 2 1/2 months from start to finish. We are very pleased with everything that was done and would recommend them for future work."
