"Repair went well. Requested a quote online for a dryer repair through Angies List with House Appliance Repairs late Friday night. Our dryer was running however it was not heating up and actually drying the clothes. On Saturday morning by 830AM, Frank called me to discuss the issue and provided a description of what could be wrong with the dryer. He also provided estimates for the different possible issues and provided a window he would be out at the house that day. Frank texted me that he was on his way, arrived promptly, examined the dryer, let me know what the issue was, and let me know what the cost would be. He fixed the dryer quickly and even cleaned out the dryer vent while he was here. Fast response, great work, would recommend and use House Appliance Repairs again. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable to me."

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"Very prompt response. Answered our questions. An honest assessment of our problems and suggestions for solutions. I would highly recommend Mike's Appliance Repair."

"Our refrigerator started making a terrible noise on Saturday. We called Aviv and they did a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. They gave us an option of coming out to take a look on Saturday or waiting until Monday to come with the part needed. We chose to wait until Monday. They called to confirm, they called to let us know when they would be here and the estimated price. They came when they said they would, did the repair, cleaned up and was gone in under half an hour. All this during the Covid-19 crisis. I would HIGHLY recommend their services."

"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

"They had a cancellation ans called to see if they could come early. They looked ate our washer and didn't try to push us toward a repair knowing that it would be more costly than replacing the washer. We loved the honesty."

"Repair was completed in a timely fashion"

"Excellent. No problems when we had to reschedule the service call because the temperature dipped too low for doing the work. The new service call went well: arrived on time, completed all the tasks on the checklist (prior contractors missed items), and provided a fair price for additional Freon (prior contractors were greedy). I plan to use them for future tune-ups and equipment replacement when needed."

"It went well. I recommended their service to my mom, who was having some troubles. They helped her and got her on a similar contract."

"Mel was an hour early ( lucky someone was home ) and he and his helper got right to work and got the problem fixed in a half an hour. Mel is quite a character, and was a lot of fun to talk to.  I will call him again if we have an appliance in need of repair
