Not only was my issue resolved, but they also taught me what to look for, and how to prevent future issues with mold. They educated me on things that mold grows on, how to determine if it's mold etc. The customer service was so helpful and they were so patient with me. "The job was done correctly and in timely manner. Customer Service was good on followup to ensure I had the assurance I needed on the mold removal project I had them do. My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company."
