"Excellent experience from call response through repair. Call answered quickly and after indicating problem, I was advised to try a couple things before scheduling the appointment. I had a Samsung dryer that was not heating. They suggested I have filter cleaned, which I did but problem persisted. Called back and was able to get service person out the next day. Marcus (service tech) was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. He was polite and professional and I was comfortable discussing my options (repair, replace, think about it). I opted to have the heating element replaced. Marcus did the repair quickly and I have not had any further problems. Will definitely use this company in the future."
