He assured us that it was not a concern of his. Mike arrived on time and did a pre-treatment spray on the stains that we were hopeful would be removed. Unfortunately after cleaning all carpets, the stains remained. We asked if he could spend more time to remove the stains, but were told he needed to get to his next job. Needless to say we were disappointed. Well there WAS water on the kitchen floor that had occurred during the cleaning process. As Mike was gathering up the hoses, I started wiping up the floor fearful that my furniture would get wet or someone would slip on the tile floor.
