"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.
 
1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"I was looking for a company to remove the textured/popcorn ceiling throughout my entire house.  George Jr. came and did an estimate.  He was very punctual, professional and extremely patient with all of my questions.  I must have called/emailed 10+ times with questions.  He was also very accommodating with my schedule.  Price was very competitive considering the amount of work and vaulted ceilings.
The house was vacant so it was easier than having to work around furniture.  I actually don't think it would have been possible with furniture.  There was an incredible amount of dust during the work in progress.  Finished work was just as I had expected.  I highly recommend George and his crew and would use them again in the future.

"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. "We recently remodeled our master bathroom and after extensive research we selected Remodel USA. We initially met with Martin Rabone who spent several hours showing us the various options available and assisting us in making preliminary selections. We were directed to various distributors who work with Remodel USA to make tile, granite and fixture selections. We found all of them to be extremely helpful. All parts of the project were carefully worked through with no work beginning until all the materials were available. We were told the project would take 2 weeks from start to finish and were pleasantly pleased that they finished a day early. Our production manager, Percy Melendez, assisted in final choices of materials prior to ordering and insured that we had the correct items and was meticulous in overseeing the two workers, appearing frequently and phoning often to be sure we were happy with everything. Two people were assigned to do the entire instillation except for the frame less shower glass. This meant that there was no waiting for various people who might be delayed by other jobs and the two knew how to do the tile work, electrical work, and plumbing. Both workers were extremely attentive to making sure that our carpets and furnishings were protected and provided advice about placement of grab bars and the showers. They approached us to make final placement decisions before instillation and did everything possible to make certain we would have the master bathroom we envisioned. The frame less shower surround was also expertly installed. All workers cleaned up the area daily and left no construction or other trash behind. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our entire experience and highly recommend Remodel USA. We will definitely consider them for future home projects as they do additions, windows, and other things."
