Customers say: Quality work

"Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"They were wonderful to work with. Our bathroom remodel was done in the exact amount of time they said it would take. The price we were quoted is exactly what we paid. And the work was done beautifully."

"I canâ t say enough of how pleased we are with the end result. We had water damage and mold from a roof leak on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. Jim (owner) was very professional and flexible to work around our schedule to complete the repair. We had 3 other estimates and Top Notch was the easy choice. Top Notch is the perfect company name as it represents their top notch service and work! I would not hesitate to recommend Too Notch to anyone. I know we have more projects and we will be using Top Notch again."

"What a great experience. Ronnie helped us with the measurements and came back to install. Delivery was 2 weeks early (which is unheard of during COVID) and the installation was terrific. Shutters look fabulous and we couldn’t be more pleased. Quality is great, pricing competitive and service without flaw. The perfect combination."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Ocean City, MD

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
