"Oâ  Neil appliance repair is a great company. Explains everything that is wrong and gets the repair done. After he repaired our oven he serviced our gas dryer. 100% will use them again."

"John knew what he was doing and was very friendly. He correctly identified the above-range blower component that needed to be replaced. He correctly assessed that the electronics had soured after 16 years of use, not the fan motor or thermostat. This is our second time using this service, and we will do so again when the time comes."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Thanks for a great job and for getting it done so quickly! He did a great job, and was on time. Mr Roosevelt did a very professional job fixing my electrical oven. He provided an excellent and reliable service. I will definitely recommend his service for anyone interested and for future references :)"
