"Exceptional service!!! Jason called 15 min before arriving saying he was on his way. He was on-time at the agreed upon timeframe. He quickly assessed the issue with our clothes washer. He removed the top part of the washer and discovered the balance ring was misaligned. He quickly corrected it, put the cover back on and only charged a small fee for the service call. He didn’t even charge for the repair!! I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and call Pro-Tech when I have other appliance issues!!! Thank you!"

"I called Alex on Wednesday for a dryer repair. His first appointment was Friday. He gave me a 3 hour window, and called prior to arrival. He came, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it (having the part on hand, even though it was a discontinued dryer). The entire transaction took 15-20 minutes. He was professional, explained the diagnosis, and left the area in clean condition.  I will use Alex again for other appliances.

"My dishwasher has been giving us problems since Thanksgiving.  I called Nutter appliance after reading the reviews on Angie's List and called up. I had an appointment set for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, but the owner called that Tuesda and told me their whole crew was wiped out by the flu.  He apologized and gave me another name for a repair service that worked on Bosch dishwashers, but I couldn't schedule them.  I called one of the generic appliance companies that also had good review's on Angie's list because I just wanted it fixed before the Holidays.  Well, needless to say that turned into a series of lost money, waiting around for appliance repairmen and never solving the problem.  I called Nutter again and they scheduled me in for ten days later.  They must have a small crew which is why it took so long.  I had to call at 8:00 am the morning they were scheduled to come out and they'd give me my window of time when the repairman would be there.  No doubt a pain in the rear, but something I think just has to be dealt with by those with downed appliances.  I decided to leave a key outside for him (always makes me a little nervous, but I was desperate).  The guy was right on time and was working on the machine by the time I could make it back to meet him.  Very nice though not overly chatty man.  He took off the front panel of the dishwasher, something the other company never did, checked out all the parts, tested them, and finally fixed the problem by removing pieces of plastic, porcelain, grape stems, and other sundry items from my drain trap.  He said that often is the problem with Bosch machines.  Guess what! He was right.  All that time, money, and energy with the other company telling me they would have to replace the mother board or heating element at around $600.00 total and it came down to pieces of junk in the trap.  Needless to say, I was very happy to have such an honest, easy solution to a two month old problem.  I was derailed by the flu bug and my own lack of patience.  Be patient. Wait for these guys; don't bother with the others it will end up taking twice and long and at least three to four times the frustration and cost.

"I had used this company for a repair in the past and was satisfied. On this job, the company responded quickly to my call and came out to do the repair. Had to wait for parts over the weekend once the problem was diagnosed. No issues with work done. The problem was that the tech charged me $650 for a part I found online and in a local supply store for $200. I will not use this company again."
