"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. The Sunshine Appliance Repair, however, could schedule an appointment in two days. On the day of appointment, SAR called me about an hour ahead, and gave me exact time (to the minute) a technician would show up. He was right on time. The technician, Elija, was very professional: cordial, competent, and found out the problem immediately after opening the dryer panel. He was carrying the part in his van, so there was no need for extra time delay, i.e., ordering parts and scheduling another trip for installation.
