"Exceptional service!!! Jason called 15 min before arriving saying he was on his way. He was on-time at the agreed upon timeframe. He quickly assessed the issue with our clothes washer. He removed the top part of the washer and discovered the balance ring was misaligned. He quickly corrected it, put the cover back on and only charged a small fee for the service call. He didn’t even charge for the repair!! I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and call Pro-Tech when I have other appliance issues!!! Thank you!"

"Teckrom is the best! My dryer failed and they scheduled Joseph, he arrived on time, masked. He diagnosed and had to order a part. Once it came, he was promptly back. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. He did a thorough diagnostic on the electronics. Then he came back with Cristian and they worked on it together and checked every single possibility. They never gave up on the challenge! They kept at it until the dryer was fixed. Then when I gave Cristian a check for the repair, he said he'd not cash it for a few days to make certain the dryer worked. A couple of days later he texted to make sure all was well. The technician, Elija, was very professional: cordial, competent, and found out the problem immediately after opening the dryer panel.
