"I can't rave enough about Zoom Drain. I hope I am leaving it for the correct branch as I understand this is a franchise. I asked my service technician which location they are based out of and he said Escondido. I had a shower clogged in my house and I usually just hand snake it. They offered to come out in the morning and take a look with a no obligation quote. They told me they did not know what it was but a service technician would come out and quote it. Sam M. came out and he arrived on time exactly at the time they said they would be here. He sent me a text 30 minutes when he was on his way. He arrived with an apprentice and they were very neat and put on booties before they entered my house. They diagnosed it and quoted me $291 to unclog it. He said they would also guarantee the work for 30 days."

"California Plumbing was the 4th and final company to come out and PROPERLY diagnose our old, cast iron, sewer drain line. Their professionalism and willingness to help, was what made them stand apart from the previous companies we had gone through. The work was not only quick and efficient, but it was diligent. "The day the work began he arrived promptly.  I asked Gordon the day before the work was to begin if I should cover my bedroom furniture and belongings with plastic and was told no there wouldn't be much in the way of dust or debris for this small of an area.  I was not able to go in my room for a week as I have asthma and everything was completely covered in concrete dust.  
     I asked for a breakdown of the cost for this repair because the insurance company said they received an estimate of  more than twice the original estimate.  I did not receive a breakdown just a total which I was told the insurance would be covering.  The job lasted a week and is now completed. Gordon did provide a cleaning lady for the clean up which was excellent.
      The total cost was more than three times the original estimate.  The amount of work remained the same with the exception of two leaks in one pipe two feet apart rather than the one leak.  My out of pocket expense ended up being $1000. 
      Gordon did not honor the 5% discount he said he could only give me $50 off.

"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"When I first talked to Al he walked me through some items to see if I could do the repair myself. Once we figured out the level of the repair needed he immediately came over the next morning. By noon that day he had replaced my water heater, brought it up to code and charged a very fair amount. He also removed lines and capped them that were no longer in use that was not related to the water heater replacement. Al is old school and I very much appreciated his honesty as well as trying to work through the problem. Two other companies, they remain anonymous but both are on TV, came out and didn't look at the water repair heater to repair but just gave me an extremely high cost to replace. I have found my "go to" plumber. Thank you Al1"

"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I'm sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin"

"We called Vista Plumbing and inquired if the give free quotes for
repairs. They do, we made an appt. Ray came within the time frame on the
first day. The job would cost $200 to fix but he would need to come
back the next day as he would need to get the appropriate parts. He was
rather busy the next day and wasn't as prompt the following day but is
always professional. He did the best he could but he had to come back
yet another day. With the end in sight, we all waited with baited breath
for Ray to say "All Done!". He was so kind he gave us a $100 discount
for all the inconvenience. We will use Vista Plumbing again and again
with any plumbing needs."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.
